Refund policy

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be returned by mailing back to CHRŌM within 30 days from date of original order. For quality assurance purposes, we can only accept returns where the package’s seal has not been broken. A refund for the cost of product will be issued upon CHRŌM’s receipt of the returned package.

Order cancellations will be honored within two hours of initial order placement.

Processing fee & shipping costs are non-refundable.
