CHRŌM cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, non-deliverable addresses or incorrect contact & address information for all shipments. Once the package has left the CHRŌM Fulfillment Center, the Company is not liable for delayed or lost packages as well as any extra fees including customs.

For orders placed within the United States, we offer USPS options.

  • We do not currently offer Priority Mail / Express / Overnight Shipping

We ship worldwide! For orders placed outside of the United States, we offer USPS International Shipping.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing in stock orders and an additional 7-21 business days for shipping. International packages are estimated by USPS to arrive in 21 days but this is not guaranteed. Once you place your order here, you will be sent a confirmation email. Tracking on International orders is not guaranteed. USPS is not responsible for tracking the shipment beyond the US border. Please contact your country’s Customs to track or retrieve your package.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be returned by mailing back to CHRŌM within 30 days from date of original order. For quality assurance purposes, we can only accept returns where the package’s seal has not been broken. A refund for the cost of product will be issued upon CHRŌM’s receipt of the returned package.

Order cancellations will be honored within two hours of initial order placement.

Processing fee & shipping costs are non-refundable.
